Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 28, 2025

We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices and rights you may have.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to nano2image.com and related services that link to it. It does not apply to thirdparty websites, services, or integrations that have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

We follow a dataminimization approach and may collect:

  • Account data: email, username, profile image, locale/time zone;
  • Usage data: device/browser details, IP address, timestamps, pages and features used, crash/diagnostic logs;
  • Content data: your prompts, uploads (images/text), and Generated Content (stored for providing the Service, safety checks, and legal compliance);
  • Billing/subscription metadata: plan, currency, status, amount, and limited payment metadata processed by a thirdparty payment processor (we do not store full card numbers or CVV);
  • Cookies/local storage: to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and perform basic analytics.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (authentication, generation, storage/display, customer support);
  • Process subscriptions and payments (via thirdparty processors);
  • Safety and compliance (abuse detection, content moderation, logging);
  • Analytics and product improvement (aggregated/deidentified where possible);
  • Legal obligations and dispute handling.

We do not use your content or outputs to train our or third parties' models without your explicit consent.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving the Service), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

5. Sharing of information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers: cloud hosting, storage/CDN, logging/monitoring, safety/abuse prevention, analytics, and payment processing;
  • Authorities: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property;
  • Corporate transactions: mergers, acquisitions, financing, or asset transfers, subject to continued protection of personal data.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for crossborder transfers.

7. Data retention

  • Account & billing records: retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically 1224 months) or longer if required by law.
  • Generated tasks & logs: retained for safety and audit for a reasonable period, then deleted or deidentified.
  • You may request deletion of your account/data; some records may be retained as required by law or for security.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise rights, contact support@nano2image.com. We may request verification of your identity to protect your account.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies (sessions, security) and functional/analytics cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may impact functionality.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege, audit logging). No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we collected such data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Thirdparty links and services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with thirdparty services that are governed by their own privacy policies.
